A specific topic on software design?

If any of you have ever done any programming in a computer language called Haskell, I really could use some serious advice and/or help with a thought I've had...the topic deals with semantic or functional programming, and has biological overtones, that'd take some time to explain, mixed in with a good deal of signal processing...if any of you could possibly be of any help, I'd quite candidly canonize any of you who could be of any use to me about an idea I've had, honest, many thanks....

Sorry Capt Daniel Goodman, I don't have any Haskell experience. I am a Microsoft developer/architect mainly with C#. I do have a functional language, F#, available to me as well though I have yet to do any of that style of programming.

What little you've said about the problem space sounds interesting though. Would you mind elaborating? :)

I have some background in computer programing and program design. It goes back to the basics of computer programing using bu line algebra. This the bits and bites of the computer language.
I have also used some radio telemetry processing for computer to radio signaling.
