To me ARB is an accident review board. An MSM is a meritorious service medal and I don't have any idea what an iperms is. Use old soldier want to help but you gotta spell it out for us please. If you can't find it in Iperms, get with the last Duty Base where they retired from, so they can correct it and issue the proper documents. After that, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND scanning that document and keeping it for yourself!

Many moons ago, my first Motor Sergeant taught me that the military was CYA COVER-YOUR-ASS! He meant that we should never trust the military nor the government to keep our own documents!
Some day that one document might save your own life, if you know what I mean!
