A guy who gave up his privacy

I heard a report on NPR about Hasan Elahi this morning. He was stopped a few years ago when he returned to the USA, accused of storing explosives, interviewed and polygraphed many times.

His response was pretty darned neat, in my opinion. He could have been bitter, angry, etc., but he turned it around and used the situation - dealt with it in a healthy way. See what you think.

As a IT security guy, I have been talking about the point he drives at the end of his presentation". Between status updates, gps enabled photos, even the stick figure family on your rear window, you give up all this information you think is "private".

So THIS is the guy that made them have to build that huge server farm out west that is wasting a TON of water ???? LOL
