It feels really odd not being at the unit today. <br /><br />Next monday, my orders to my new staff position - and groovy commute - are in effect. <br /><br />And a special shout out to the JBLM weather gods! Surviving any level of command is a success. That being said. Great question. Right now I am just learning the roles I will have to do. Allowing myself to be a Indian but a chief when needed as I can see some weaknesses in my team/section.
