CPT L S, we have developed laser weapons, but I am not aware of any particle beam weapons under development.

CPT L S I never understood the prohibition on blinding lasers. It's ok to send hot metal fragments flying into the skulls of people you disagree with....just don't blind them with a laser.
Which is worse to accidentally do to an innocent?....which UAVs are wont to do.
