Agreed, If they Army is willing to spend so much money to regulate tattoos and hairstyles ect... then the talk about how the Military is broke might become muted, or louder if they keep looking towards retirees pensions for cuts.

I don't know that we can actually capture the cost of updating a specific Army Regulation. That comes as a part of some DA civilian's job description that I don't think is broken out in detail.

Thank you for the input sir,
I was wondering becuase of the heated discussion regarding bugets and the like, and was wondering if the Army could spend 1 million+ on figuring out how people should wear their hair and then turn around and say that Service Members are willing to take a pay cut seems somewhat silly to me.
