Here's the latest:
WO 11-15 Approved (23 Jul 15)
WO 12-15 Approved (23 Jul 15)
WO 13-15 DMPM
WO 14-15 PSS complete routed to Div. Chief
WO 15-15 DMPM
WO 16-15 DMPM
WO 17-15 DMPM
WO 18-15 DMPM
WO 19-15 OTJAG
WO 20-15 OTJAG
WO 22-15 DMPM
So, it appears that the office of the DMPM is the hold-up for EVERYBODY.

Warning, rant follows:
Dear HRC,
Let's talk taking care of soldiers for a minute, shall we?
A requirement, instituted by your Chain of Command and Congress, mandates a certain process. A process which, unavoidably, results in delays. Noted. However, rather than treat the process with the added attention it deserves, you treat the process with a sort of pseudo-neglect that you would treat a stray dog you feel sorry for but won't adopt. These actions result in a major backlog greater than what would have been had you committed the resources to it at the initial identification of the problem. Now, it's a huge issue to deal with, and one that just keeps getting that much bigger; so much so that the apathy to take it on grows as well.
You have hundreds, if not thousands of deserved-people both officer and enlisted who have worked hard for the military many years and sacrificed a lot to simply just force into waiting inordinate amounts of time to get promoted and deal with a "process". You have a moral and ethical obligation to facilitate that "process" as fast as you possibly can. If the tables were turned, you would be screaming at us to drop everything and take care of the mission first. Consider yourself screamed at from every LTC, CPT, MAJ, WO, SSG, and everyone subject to a DA Promotion board.
Chains of Command demand timely results when instructions are given. We, your soldiers and workforce demand professional treatment from the administrators when we fully comply with the requirements of "the process". Perhaps this is what you want. That is, making it (administratively) harder for people to get promoted and test their patience and resolve so that the drawdown numbers-decision is made easier for you. It certainly makes it easier on the far-removed administrators for people to just give up and leave rather than make you look like the bad guys.
Metaphorically, you're crapping where you both eat AND sleep. Not smart.

Is the above list just for WO? I am on 21-15 (not on your list above). Sitting at 0 days on DOD approval cycle (since August 1st of course.....) Where were you able to find that above list and where they all are?

I want to say no, and That those lists contain CW3-5 and CPT-LTC. Call Fred Harris up at NGB. Look him up on the Global. His title is FED REC Chief. If he isn't there, LTC Brugato is the other point of contact. Those two know EVERYTHING.
For what it's worth, I'm on 13-15 and we sat at DMPM for five months. My status just updated last week to awaiting DCSPER. I have no idea how long it takes after that. I wrote my Congressman. The way this has all been handled has been downright silly and unprofessional.

I talked to the HRC rep yesterday concerning my list which has been sitting at one desk for over 90 days. Here is their response:
I haven't heard anything as to why, but just that the list is delayed. The
last I heard is it may be released sometime in October, but I also heard
August and September. I wouldn't take anything for face value until after I
see the release of the Milper message that actually states the release date
and time.
I am currently on day 127, their "counting system" not mine, but as a Guardsman we have 14 desks to go through, and this one desk where it is stuck still has about 10 desks in front of it. For the record I went to the February Board at my state.

By chance are you on 13-15? We may be on the same list. Can you email me your contact's info? I would like someone to talk to at the source.
Thanks!
Thanks!
