It will be interesting to see where this leads our relationship and foreign policy with China. Will they call in the loans we owe them payment on? Will they initiate military involvement to stimulate their economy?

How often do we call in loans as a nation? More likely, we will negotiate some form debt relief and trade away some import sanctions if times get tough.

That's what I suspect as well. I wonder how that will affect their exports to us.

It has already begun because of the fears of China's globally led economic downturn. How bad will it get, how long will it take for a turn around.
