During my time in the Arghandab River Valley I was told "you might leave the Dab but it will never leave you" I believe this statement to be true and I was just wondering what parts of the country others fought or served in?

Several of the Artillery units from the 101st were in RC east, the unit I was with was on a provisional infantry mission so we ended up in RC South

Yeah I was with 5-25FA from 4-10 MTN (now 3-10) at Mehtar Lam and we had 101st guys rip us out (can't remember the exact unit).
