Based on the latest news reports from both conservative and liberal news agencies, its now clear HRC not only received classified emails but also transmitted them. Should she face charges?

If you are posting an "update" how about included a cite for those "conservative and liberal news agencies"? I listen to the news every morning and have not heard anything that substantiates this.
I have heard some hear-say but that's it.

the latest I read was Michael Goodwin's article in the New York Post. Thats one of many. Her problem is its NOT good enough to say the emails arent marked, she is required to know either way and Like she said in one interview, "She knows what is and is not classified" seems to me if thats true, and she forwarded something classified, marked or not when she swore under oath to a judge last week that she committed purger y.

Well .. this is what I heard .. there were two docs that contained classified info but were not marked as classified (which is a classification error by it self). I find no information on who sent the email or why. This is what I find as a source...

I believe this has already been asked and discussed on this forum. Did you complete a search of the forums prior to posting your thread?

PO2 Mark Saffell - Okay, I'm not saying you shouldn't have asked I was just wondering. I for one think something should happen to her but I'm sure it will not go as far as people want it to go.

I believe you are correct, but hope people that have the power to move forward or not, decide its the right thing to do and move forward so that a person isnt above the law. I have had higher clearances and I can tell you if I ever violated them they wouldnt think twice about nailing my butt to the wall, and rightly so. So she should get the same treatment. IF she did wrong which now looks like about a 100% chance then she needs to face the same things you and I would face. I dont see her doing jail time but she shouldnt be able to break the law and then go on as if she did nothing wrong.
