"QADIYA, Iraq — In the moments before he raped the 12-year-old girl, the Islamic State fighter took the time to explain that what he was about to do was not a sin. Because the preteen girl practiced a religion other than Islam, the Quran not only gave him the right to rape her — it condoned and encouraged it, he insisted."

Man, that is some Religion that they have?
"He bound her hands and gagged her. Then he knelt beside the bed and prostrated himself in prayer before getting on top of her.
When it was over, he knelt to pray again, bookending the rape with acts of religious devotion."
Now come on, what kind of shit is this anyway? These bastards have got to go!!!!!! They should all have their balls cut off!

Let me be the first to say the Quran does not condone this behavior any more than the Bible condones priest from molesting altar boys.
These are sick people. They are a minirity and they do not represent Islam as a whole.
Unfortunately American society is numb to the events of the world. The effect of media over saturation, the average American does not care. Long past are the days where American (as a whole) stood up for what was right and did what was necessary to triumph over evil. We'll continue to allow atrocities to occur all over the world because as a society we care more about Hollywood, reality TV, and getting likes on Facebook and Instagram.

1SG (Join to see) I disagree, taking prisoners as sex slaves takes the choice away from the person, they have to comply or be punished. In the US consent has to be given or it's rape. No means no and coercion is not consent.

Cpl (Join to see) I agree with you that they are raping women. Not sure if there's a disconnect somewhere...
I'm arguing that there are multiple references in both religious text which condone taking sex slaves - raping women.
Neither religion advocates negative behavior by the majority of its followers. Both have small minorities who shame the whole. Both religious texts were written long ago, when horrific acts where common place and acceptable. But again, those acts do not characterize the entire religion.

1SG (Join to see) I believe those that read the Quran do so without the benefit of a moral compass. When a immoral priest is caught, we as a society do what we can to punish him. You don't see the same outrage from the moderate Muslim. In my opinion and I've posted this video before, but the idea of a moderate Muslim is a myth.

Sgt David G Duchesneau I was there to witness this I would be going to confinement, because I would have blown this idiot away right where he stood - I would have forgotten about ROE all together. There is no religion that condones this type of behavior - none!

COL Mikel J. Burroughs
SFC Mark Merino Your absolutely correct we didn't see it and we weren't there. We just read about in a news story. The key words were, "If I was there to witness this" such an act. My apologoies for not proof reading. I left the "f" off of "if". Thanks for bringing that to my attention!

COL Mikel J. Burroughs - Sorry for the confusion, COL. I meant that I would be your alibi. In fact, it would have been a race between us to see who shot first.

Extremists justify everything they do because of their twisted interpretation of whatever religion they practice. What I fail to understand is why true Islamists allow this behavior and bring shame upon their faith. THEY need to grow a set and take care of THEIR problem.

SGT Jeremiah B.
To be perfectly fair, terrorist organizations are wiping each other out all the time. I've seen multiple extremist vids where they filmed their own attack on competing groups' camps. Hell AQ cut ties with Daesh because they were too bat shit insane for even them.
