I was wounded on December 9, 1968. A week or so later, Bob Hope's troupe came to Da nang and I was wheeled down to the front row. I took quite a few pictures of Bob and the other entertainers. Last week (actually on the 55th anniversary of my being wounded) I had the opportunity to tour there Bob Hope house in Palm Springs, CA. I decided to ask, on the venue, for pictures and comments from others who observed Bob's show any where in the world. At some point I would like to get pictures and stories accumulated and publish a book. If you saw Bob, please let me know.

Bob hope show was before my time, but I saw the Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders in Korea. Good luck with your book!

Not (that) ancient, and now I do remember, he did a show in Desert Shield- not at my location, though. Still prefer the cheerleaders...
