One thing that is certain is that we will all experience stressful situations. How we handle it is our choice. Our attitude has a profound effect on how we handle the situation and on how those around us react to it as well. Instead of being overwhelmed by stressful situations we should view them as challenges and focus on the task at hand. Attached is an article containing 13 secrets for performing under pressure. Slowing down and being positive are the most helpful for me.

Focusing on the task at hand - those things that are under my control - is the only method that I know how to use. Those things outside of my control are worth acknowledgement but not worry - they are going to be what they are going to be.

I handle it best through the use of strategically placed explosives or I hug it out, depending on the situation.
