Given that the nature is sleeper cells. Who knows. Vigilance. Training. Flexibility in LE/Military to do the job necessary? I liken it to the movie 'The Siege'.

Better the Siege than the Road Warrior I guess. Makes me wonder how far we are away from that - especially with the drought out West. Though we have plenty in CO this year! No, you cannot move here LOL

I think perhaps I confused the movie. It was a movie w/ Bruce Willis, Denzel Washington, Annette Benning, & Tony Schaloob. It was about sleeper cells in NYC & how the city was shut down due to attacks perpetrated by said cell.
The ending was that the man Annette Benning's character thought was aiding them in finding the cells was actually the leader of a cell himself.
