ABCP Failure, I was a day shy of being off the program for a year and busted tape by 2% over my max allowable. However, the other group of Soldier and NCOs that busted tape at the same time received a 7 day grace period given by the Commander I did not receive that grace period because I had contracted COVID-19 during the time we were given for the grace period, and my spouse was our FRG leader at the time had told them that i had tested positive for it and he said that he claimed he did not know i had contracted COVID even though my spouse told him, my XO and my 1SG at the same time they were in the FRG meeting.

Separation pay is lump sum, taxed at 22% federal income, plus whatever your state takes.
