Star talking to the Career Counselor and see what other jobs you qualify for and pursue those.

I have, the only opinion they say I have left is reserve component. But I want to stay active. All the jobs I have applied for either are overmanned or not taking in conversations. Just lost

What if you went reserves for a while and later on go back active into another feild? Is this an option?

Is it because you hit HYT for your pay grade? If so your career counselor should've been talking to you before that happened. What is your current rate now? I know I was looking into cross rating and I had a lot of job opportunities based off my ASVAB score I took in 2013. If you have to retake the ASVAB and see what you can get if not try to go SELRES or reserve then back active. It should be a reason why they won't allow you to stay active or cross rate. Good Luck.

Even if you are IRR, and they wont let uoy "Re-Up" come talk to an army recruiter. Business rules change frequently. All depends in your years of service and your discharge type.
