No, fortunately the Founding Fathers already addressed this question. They wanted the President to be subject to the authority of the people's elected officials, not to unelected military leaders. This is why Congress has legal oversight of the President (impeachment powers). Putting our democratically elected leader in front of a trial of unelected military Generals would be strictly against our democratic ideals as a nation.

Did you not take an oath to support and defend the constitution against ALL enemies Foreign and DOMESTIC? We need to support the Constitution AS WRITTEN! We are pledged to SUPPORT, AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION! We have an out of control President and and Supreme Court that ignores the Constitution and Congress and simply re-writes the Laws passed by a legal Congress! You Can't use the Constitution as an argument if it's no longer in effect and if you don't support it and do something about what is happening then you are in violation of your own oath! In My Humble Opinion.

SGT James Murphy - What is Aliens come to Earth and took all the Cows? I don't know but I don't know it wouldn't be the first time a President has tried to do something crazy. Just think we didn't have term limits at one point. Congress stepped in and addressed that. They are able to do that.

Then he should not be the Commander in Chief of our military services. This should definitely apply if he is found to be guilty of treason,insurrection, or any crime against the people for whom he represents. This character put in the White House is trending in that direction.

As he isn't a service member no. Don't try the CinC nonsense, it doesn't float. He's a civilian and has that power by the constitution, a reading of which might benefit you. Really a nonsensical question..

SGT James Murphy - but he's not aiding the enemy, and it can't be proven since its not happening, I know, i know, you hate him so you want him to be doing something wrong even when he's not, and if he was that would be impeachment, he's not a member of the military.
