I'm aware MODCOP our tour of duty deployment website became only accessible through government computer, but are all Army websites the same now? I'm trying to log into my ACT and I continue getting error or website not found?

MOBCOP and ATRRS are milnet only.
Everything else; HRC, iPERMS, IPPS-A, GCCS-A, EES, ERS, DTMS, etc are all still available.
I am logged into ACT right now on Linux with Firefox.
Try F5 if you get an error screen. If that doesn't work after a few times, the site is either down or you have the wrong URL.
That said, you are in the USAR, you should be able to use citrix to log into ARNet and get to MOBCOP.

I appreciate it. I continue to try, but my computer will barely pull up my outlook. I have windows 10 so I don't know what the deal is. It makes it difficult to do much work at home.

I have found that ACT only works via Microsoft Edge when on a civilian computer.
