There is for aviation centric UMO's.
Army Officer ASI 3S: Unit Air Movements Officer

It has additional course requirements beyond what standard UMO's receive.

Unit Air Movements Officer Training
There are 2 courses that can help an Army officer get the 3S ASI. They are:

UNIT MOVEMENT OFFICER DEPLOYMENT PLANNING (UMODPC)
8C—F17/553-F2 – This course is on legal authorities, mobilization concepts, plans, policies, procedures, and the responsibilities for mobilization and deployment at all levels.

AIR DEPLOYMENT PLANNING (ADPC)
8C-SI3S/553-F4 – Instruction on the responsibilities of unit air movements, strategic airlift operations, planning operations and manifesting, etc…

I wonder how far back that goes? I was movement officer and aircraft commander of the advance element when we took the Brigade to Alaska (lovely Adak). I did have to attend some classes to qualify, I'll have to look at my 214's and NGB22's.
I was rather shocked at how seriously the Air Force took the Aircraft Commander stuff. As a young LT, it's a bit overwhelming when the Pilot tells you that he flies the plane, anything else with the aircraft, personnel or loading was on me.

I am thinking that UMO is an additional duty, not a MOS.

He asked about an ASI, not an MOS code.

SFC Michael Hasbun - ,used to be when I was in, ASI as attached to MOS. When I was a SGT, my MOS was 05B4H. It meant my MOS was radio instructor, as the H ASI was part of my MOS. Been a long time ago, and things change. LOL
