I am taking 180days of Skillbridge, but unsure if i can get reimbursed for travel if i travel before the 180days by taking leave, and returning for 1 day before starting skillbridge.

I'm doing Skillbridge as well. Army Emergency Relief provides grants for Skillbridge participation. You should check and see if the Navy/Marine Corps Relief Society does something similair. Hope this helps.

You can't take leave for the skill bridge program, it's permissive TDY. You have to fund all expenses and travel yourself. You also can't start outside the 180 day window from ETS, even by one day.
