I’m in Korea, with family, and our household goods, pro gear, and vehicle were shipped on previous PCS orders to CONUS that were deleted …. I hit my new DEROS in 60 days. But I am expecting a notification to be considered for QMP. Will HRC allow me to be reassigned seeing how I’m 60 days from new DEROS, here with my family, and us not have any of our house hold goods. We have pretty much been living as transients for the past 60 days

I just realized you're a SSG, so the board is meeting right now. You won't be able to PCS because once the board concludes, if you are not retained, your new ETS will be the first date of the seventh month after the board closes. You won't have enough time to PCS

There’s none confusion here on my part. I have not received a notification yet. I’m was supposed to be on the OML but, I was flagged in October, then was flagged by HQDA with the “FA” flag last month. I am currently (expecting) for them to hit me with an reenlistment code of “13” once The article 15 is filed. I am assuming I’ll be in the next QMP

SSG (Join to see) in that case you will have enough time to PCS, but your branch manager will need to request a waiver to PCS you once the 13 is applied. It shouldn't be an issue because you won't be reviewed till next year's SSG evaluation board. That also gives you a year with a new command team to get a letter of recommendation from to retain you. Unless you got a DUI, in which case no LOR will save you

You are supposed to be stabilized at your location once you are notified for QMP. However since the SRR for returning from Korea is only six months, you can ask your branch manager to process a waiver to move you.
