Since MLI will be going away, will anyone new be added to the list? If the MLI is still around, will I regain my P status once I'm unflagged?

I have two questions. I have asked one of them before but I got a couple of different answers. 1) I understand that the MLI will be going away in July but does that mean that they won’t be adding anyone new to the list anymore or will they add them until
July?
2) If the MLI is still around will I regain my promotable status once I am unflagged due to height and weight?

MLI isn't going away, it left last August for SPC promoting to SGT.

You're not promotable and will be required to attend the board to regain your promotabls status
