R means Retired, which translates into no running and no early mornings, and no early morning runs for sure.

Calm down veterans and retirees, I run when I want and still get up...even early if I have to...but just reminding the young airman that there all types here.

When I got out of the Marines, I swore I would never run again. Then I realized you never get out of the Marines...

I have a 4 mile run mud on Quantico tomorrow...

Good luck on your run tomorrow. Even now runs don't bother me...too much...but two days later I am normally feeling them.

Yeap, because I was on leave and didn't have to do it. LOL That is the best type of run.
