What was your experience like as an NCO going through 11B OSUT?

I recently got released to go from Guard to Active as an 18X. I am currently an E-5 and am looking to hear from other NCOs that have gone through the new 22 week OSUT. I’ve got the physical preparation at a good level and am just trying to see what to expect as an E-5 going through the course (responsibilities, expectations of me, leadership roles, gym??). I fully expect to be treated similar to the other new trainees but have heard that it can vary depending on the Drill Sergeants and COC. Any information would be great so that I can also make sure I leave my family with the right expectations regarding communication (wife is pregnant). Thanks in advance.
