The Bottom Line - 86 BAH?

What are your thoughts on this article? If you haven't read it, the BLUF:

Dual military couples will no longer receive two BAH and a 25% cut on Soldiers sharing an apartment/home.
I think this is just another way Congress wants to take money from troops while they never look internally at their own income. As if getting sub-par/non-competitive raises over the last 5 years haven't been enough.
