In this digital age is there a website link for a promotion system or us the packet still submitted on paper?

Get with your unit S1...thru your Chain....and get the MOI for the next upcoming board. That will explain how the packet is to be submitted. Chances are, it's a paper packet. But the MOI will explain everything

SPC (Join to see) - When in doubt, always run promotion packet RFIs thru your NCOs. Especially your 1SG.

MAJ Ken Landgren might know the answer to your question SPC (Join to see). When I was on Active Duty, it was done with paperwork; however I’m ‘older than dirt”!
