We do have a very unique language and it even gets more service and job specialty unique. I can appreciate their Dilemma. BIs (Sync Pattern for KW-26 Piece of Crypto) Reversals (Rs and Ys) that when sent across a Teletype make a perfect sine wave on an Oscilloscope. Chop (to move into our out of a Flag Commanders Authority or the Initials of a Navy Communicator). Oh I understand.

LOL I have 23+ years of service, plus 12 retired time. My retirement letter credited me with 16 more.
And I don't know what people are saying on RP sometimes - maybe often.

Well, my last active duty was 40 years and 2 days ago. My last reserve duty was about 29 years ago. So I can say things have changed a bit. BUT, many things have not and I like that.
