How do I go about removing an ASCO code on my SRB?

Note: S1 stated they don’t know how to remove it. It is for a code of C8 “married to a service member” my wife got out in 2017

Disenroll from MACP that should remove it
Ultimately its not important because when the branch manager looks at the ASCO and then looks at the SSN attached they will see there is no spouse in the Army to consider
