So I’ve been to MEPS 2 times already, once to swear in and the second to ship to basic. Am I supposed to go a third time to ship to AIT?

Nope. You'll get your marching orders to AIT and will travel according to all instructions given.

Are you saying you graduated BCT, and then were sent home after without being sent directly to AIT?
I understand as a reservist that could work. I've just never seen it happen. That would mean a recruiter got you a BCT class without a quick follow up AIT class.
Did something happen at BCT, you got recycled, and fell out of the typical timing of classes?
I encourage you to stay in shape. All your classmates that went to AIT right out of BCT are going to have that going for them.

I wonder if you could pull off going to BLC without being MOSQ before AIT (it's much shorter than AIT, and depending on class dates. for AIT could work....). Then you could show up to AIT as a CPL. Now that would set you apart from your classmates. Otherwise you could meld in with all the other SPC's.

I was split-option in the early 80s. I went to Basic Training between my junior and senior year of high school. After I graduated Basic I went home and started my senior year about a week later. I was sent to AIT after my high school graduation. If I remember right, I had to report to MEPS to ship out. I had a quick look over by the doc and then would have shipped that day, but I was still recovering from a broken ankle.

SSG Laurie Mullen - Roger that, but the poster is a SPC, so I'm confused a high school student could get to SPC on the split option. I guess it's not impossible, because their company command could still push them through, but I always had 1SG's that held up promotions until the soldier reported after finishing AIT before it got to my desk.

CPT (Join to see) - That confused me a little too, but then I remembered that college students could go split option too. Maybe he had enough college credits to enlist as a SPC.
