I imagine it would be a technical cert, but there isn't a code for it, any help is appreciated. Have an awesome

Things could easily have changed since I was in, SPC (Join to see), but when I was still serving, the Army didn’t really care about such civilian ratings. I was a licensed USPA C-Advanced parachutist and had Jumpmaster and Instructor ratings. None of that was ever recorded on military records.

I have a D license and never tried to get it on there nor did my private pilot. Possible but I would not think they would care unless the Army could use the license in correspondence with a military rating. A C or above is required for the Knights.

What license? There are restrictions on what can be added. What are you asking about?

Even though the Army allowed you to attend, it is not a military license/course. You could add it to your iPerms but I don't think there is a designated place on your ERB. During the SRB training, there wasn't much discussion about civilian courses/training (other than education).

SPC (Join to see) How did you get a USPA A license through the Army as your post says?

MAJ Byron Oyler, I can’t speak as to what happens on post nowadays, but some posts used to have sanctioned skydiving clubs. The Army even provided the aircraft.
In the mid-seventies, I received my USPA Jumpmaster certification on post at Fort Rucker. We were jumping Army Hueys. I don’t know how it works now.
