You're so right. I apologize. I seriously felt like I was missing something after pen and paper. What's your favorite brand(s)? I have a Benchmark and their Customer Service is amazing. I've broken the clip a couple times.

That's, err, definitely a SAW-film inspired option available at all times. . .

Personally it is about preference. I take notes on pad/paper when needed. Then I will use the laptop at work to do anything that requires administration via RDP. Now for hobby side I use my tablet, phone, desktop and laptop for maintaining all devices and helping clients remotely so I am always available and capable of fixing a users issue on the fly via TeamViewer.

I use TV personally. I've tried LogMeIn - didn't really like the gui. Never heard of SkyFex - will check it out shortly.

The vendors I have worked with who suppor applications at work have used all of the above. They all did ok, but security updates from M$ tend to break them from time to time on IE.

How do you fix that problem? Does the software recover on its own?

With teamviewer I can remotely send my .exe files I use and install the programs to clear out malware/viruses. It provides them thenopportunity to visually see what you are doing and at that same time help eliminate the issues that their machine is having.

use the desktop to create a nice little chart of everything - then while in the yard pen and pencil to scribble all over it - then use the desktop to re-create the chart - repeat

made all of the charts myself - occasionally gave one to leadership for reference, and every time "thats not good enough- it needs lots of lines separating everything" to which i would reply,"that would make it 2 pages, and i'm keeping to one!"
