Does the National Guard or US Military in general have any good career service specifically in the Design field?

After basic and AIT, i'm hoping to have a full time job/career in the design industry. I do have more 5 years experience as well as masters degree in Multimedia Design and I will be leaving my current job before i leave for BTC. When I get back from all of this, I hope to be able to find a full-time job in my field while working my MOS part time (46s - Public Affairs, Mass Comm SPC).
Because I would like to know if the NG (New Jersey just to be exact) has some career services that specialize in the design field?

The Army has MOS 25M Multimedia Illustrator. With your experience you could qualify for the ACASP Army Civilian Acquired Skills Program. You might not even need to attend AIT and you would be advanced several ranks based on your experience level.
However, NG works with open slots and there may not be any openings for 25M within driving distance of your location. The ARNG is more of a combat focused organization, you may have better luck finding an open position for 25M in the US Army Reserves which are more oriented towards a support role

I'm already enlisted as a 46s - Public Affairs, Mass Comm specialist", would i still be able to qualify for the ACASP?
I'm already shipping out this May and all my paperwork/sched for basic and AIT is already in writing, would it still be possible to apply for this?
