I have enlisted as a 46s and will be shipping this May. I chose national guard because I do want to pursue a career and work for specific companies in my industry.
I would like to know if National Guard has a reliable career services that can help in networking with other companies? Another question, are soldiers from AIT able to intern to civilian companies?

You can intern with civilian companies. However I am assuming you mean after you graduate from AIT. As for career services, your state may have some programs but I wouldn't expect a lot. If you know what you want to do see how your current skills stack up and work on your short comings. I would start with your states education office to see what kind of programs they offer. They may offer some vocational or internship programs that will help with your future goals. Good Luck!

I would like pursue my actual civilian career and work at specific companies in my industry. It's just tough due to get my resume across.

The Guard will help you meet a lot of people over time to build a network of contacts thru interaction with various units and organizations. As for contacts with specific organizations, not really. You may meet some people at a career fairs or if you are lucky enough to have someone in your unit that works in the industry you want to work in.
