What are your thoughts on Michael Brown's memorial?

All the military lives sacrificed, all the cops killed in the line of duty, and this kid is given a memorial??!!

Frankly, I am deeply offended by this CPO (Join to see). But, at the same time, I am not surprised --- it is the world we live in now. Just look at the national political scene. We have a woman of questionable character running for the highest office in the land --- and people are actually salivating at the opportunity to vote for her. It's like the world that I grew up in has been turned upside down.

I agree... The world we live in now has been turned upside down. People are paid to riot and to cause disturbances. I have yet to see a current Military Service Person whom was killed in action or a Veteran receive the kind of attention that Michael Brown or any of the other individuals whom were killed while in custody. I am amazed that our Government officials honor criminals more than those in Military Uniform or Veterans.

I think it's a disgrace.. There are two videos on you tube of him robbing two separate people. If you were caught on video twice, how many people have you robbed that you weren't caught robbing?

my mom always said if you cannot say anything nice say nothing. That having been said, this is an example of the priorities of this country. I have served in the military and in civilian law enforcement and I am severely distressed by the fact that politicians send representation to funerals of those killed by officers but rarely to the funerals of those that stand in defense of American ideals
