Stress
During Deployment our stress levels are thru the roof no matter where you are at or what your job was while you were deployed. Recent studies have shown that high levels of stress has a major impact on health and fitness, as well as overall performance. I have been doing a lot of reading on this topic and have included a few different studies. Even with the conflicts coming to a close each of these two articles bring up some good points and good training topics that would help leaders build up their soldiers and even would work with high stress civilian occupations.

Thanks for sharing. I've got my stories just as many others, but I'll simply say I can't wait to finish reading these links. Thanks for sharing. Does the Air Force use any Mental Resilience Training?

Fair. Everyone was new at some point. TSgt Hunter Logan seems very active. Maybe she would have an answer.
