Is it possible to access ARNET/ATRRS using Citrix remotely for an Army Reservist on a personal pc? (non GFE i.e non Government furnished equipment)?

I followed the instructions here and requested an ARNET account on ARAMP. I got an email confirming the request a while ago but I haven't yet received a confirmation that it has been provisioned. I'm not sure whom to reach out to (I tried AESD and my S1) for help.

Good luck. I spent multiple attempts and hours trying to do this over the past year and was never successful. I ended up just calling the local recruiting office and identifying myself and asking if I could log into the system to assign a course in ATTRS to myself so I could complete it and they were fine with it. If you live near a local military base go on post to the library. They usually always have 1 or 2 computers in the system that you can get into most systems you would need.

I've been seriously considering calling up a local Recruiter!

Sir, have your reached out to your S6? On my civilian side our BN is able to see what is missing or incomplete with your ARNET account request. Usually its the 75-R that was recorded wrong, or your certs.

Sir. You can use citrix.
Pros: Keeps your AR current (counts as a login)
Gives you access to any Site that requires a Govt PC
Once its installed, its is as reliable as the network (yours and theirs)

CONS: a pain inthe neck to get working as I have not found any 100% reliable instructions
Work well with older version of IE, but it will work in chrome (although they seem to have
made changes which cause it to error out)
Seems to be rather finicky lately

I would check with your S6 or local helpdesk for guidance as its possible its no longer in use.
