I graduated ALC on 26 Feb however it wasn’t input in iPerms until 09 Mar. Will I still be able to pin SSG on 01 Apr?

Iperms is just a digital filing cabinet, it doesn't track or update anything. Your 1059 could never make it into iperms and you'd still be eligible for promotion. Once your SRB says ALC GRADUATED, the Army is tracking you as eligible to pin on

I last checked early morning on the 8th and it said ALC ENROLLED I went on leave the same day and didn’t return until today. I don’t know the exact day it updated just want to ensure I pin on the 1st.

SSG(P) (Join to see) then you weren't considered qualified when they pulled the data on the 8th. That determines who is considered for promotion the following month

Am I reading this wrong because according to the regulation info gets pulled at 0200 EST on the 11th of each month. I’m no way trying to be disrespectful just trying to expand my knowledge SFCSFC (Join to see)

SSG(P) (Join to see) no, you are correct, however it takes about three days for all the data systems to match up. The rule of thumb is that you need everything updated by the 8th to reflect on your PPW by the 11th. I'm not sure which data system is the source data system for the pull - EDAS, WEBEDAS, emilpo, or PPW - so I don't know which data system specifically needs to be updated by the 11th. The databases do their updates around midnight EST and come back up around 2 am. So, that's the time your ALC has to be reflected in the source database for the pull NLT.

ATRRS should be the system of record that updates your PPW, not iPERMS. Check with your S-1 to make sure it's in eMILPO.

You should be able to. As long as it gets put into iPerms before 20 th of the month.
