How physically or mentally demanding is PSYOP selection and assessment?

I’m headed to PSYOP selection and assessment in the upcoming months. How physically demanding is it? Or, is it more mentally demanding?

While I was at the 82nd almost every single one ofy paratroopers who went were not selected. They were all beasts. They all said it was physically demanding, though not nearly as physically demanding as SFAS. I think they're just looking for a certain type of personality that will do well as a PSYOPer

So let’s say i completed SFAS but wasn’t selected. Would psyops physicality compare at all?

SSG (Join to see) from what I understand the rucks are lighter and shorter. One guy said they were using assault packs, don't know if that's still true now.

The physical aspect is definitely there but it’s more about whether you are mentally capable and possess the personality. Most are not qualified when all aspects are demanded.

Whether physically, mentally, academically, ask your questions here and provided the answer is able to be discussed, you can receive the information to not give you an advantage, but to help you prepare yourself.
