I'm 7months into my first tour as an AGR 92Y, some days I feel like I'm nonstop and others I'm reaching for things to do. Anyone have any schools/classes I should sign up for to broaden my knowledge?

There used to be subcourses that you could do when I was in, if they still have them , that's the way to get extra knowledge on your MOS SGT (Join to see)

Your best resources are your training NCO and readiness NCO. Learn DTMS, DTS, ATRRS, and IPPS-A. It’ll make you more of an asset to them and your unit and also set you up to interview well for future positions. Your first year or two AGR are a nightmare.

There is a DTS Smart Book you can download. https://militarycac.com/files/DTS_SMART_BOOK.pdf

I started that smart book project. The army got a hold of it. Changed it up and someone put their name on it. lol

Drill Sgt that shot me out infront of my peers. When I made E-8 some of my peers were just making E-6 or7. The best move I ever made as a 92Y
