How difficult is it getting a waiver to re-enlist with an RE-4 (BCD)?

Terrible decisions were made and I regret it, but I don’t want them to follow me for the rest of my life. Before I mustered out, the Army was my dream since I was kid, my life for the first four years of adulthood and frankly, I loved it. I read that a waiver is attainable, potentially, but I was wondering if anyone had an idea or articles that could lead me to (potentially) getting back in, even if I have to deal with “Needs of the Army”, but going back to 11B would be preferred.
Any info provided is appreciated. Thank you.

PVT(P) Aaron M. M. Bryant - Only if there was a mistake when you were discharged originally, but you already admitted to making "terrible decisions".

SGT Christopher Hayden - a BCD is the result of a Courts-Martial, there is no mistaking that.

Hope that President Biden gets us into WWIII so that the military is accepting any and everybody. RE-4 and a Big Chicken Dinner? your odds of getting back in are practically zero.
