We patrolled to the bazaar to get eggs and mixed it with rice, onions, potatoes, and an un Godly amount of hot sauce. It was amazing. Tried after being back about a month and couldn't eat more than a couple bites.

Korea - Yakimando - Mystery meat deep fried in a flour-like shell. Vegetables optional.
Japan - Yakisoba - Fried cabbage, Add the meat of choice/convenience/budget
I'm confident I've misspelled both. But, these dishes in front of you signaled the end of good liberty call. They were predicated with formaldehyde-based beer. Yet to find anything as good stateside.

I spent a month in India. I've yet to find Indian food that's even remotely as good. The quest for good Naan will consume me yet!

I was in New Dehli for two weeks. I did like their Naan and had an outstanding Lamb Burger while I was there.

State-side kimchi just doesn't have the same flavor or kick. Almost inedible.

Got the good stuff once in a small shop in LA, Cali ... they made it themselves.
