Does Active Duty Army Officer Student Loan Repayment Incentive apply towards student loans through Navy Federal Credit Union?

I’m currently AD Army Enlisted and just got picked up for a 72D direct commission. I opted in for the student loan repayment incentive. I have a small amount of federal student loans. Majority of my student loans are currently through navy federal credit Union. I know the guard and reserves student loan repayment programs pays student loans that were taken through credit unions and banks. Does active army student loan repayment do the same? Any info is appreciated.
