I think I'd like to see someone who has at least an 80% disability, someone who has lived the horrors of the bureaucracy that is attempting to outlive all of us who suffer through Agent Orange, burn pits, PTSD, and all of the rest of the BS.

CWO3 (Join to see) Chief I thought Patrick Murphy did a hell of a job (even though he's a Dem (sarc)) as Under SoA and Acting SoA. I Really like how he interacted with Soldiers all over the globe. He's a "Soldier's Soldier."

Maybe one of the Retired Senior Enlisted Advisers to one of the Chiefs of one of the Services. Maybe a different perspective might help and SEAs did their careers interacting with Joes their entire careers. Could one of them really do anything worse than what we have had so far?
