Will my new unit accept a 4187 for the MACP that was signed by my old command from just before I PCS'd?

Submitted my 4187 to be enrolled into MACP, then pcsed. A week later, i was informed that my old unit is not going to process it through since i no longer belongs to them. My old commander and the BC signed the form, my question is will my new unit accept the form that is signed by my old command?
