I want to apply for OSC, but it says must not have more than 6 years AFS. Is that a hard deal breaker or is that a fairly easy waiver to get. GTG is not an option as I already have a BA and MBA.

I would look at the current MILPER message for OCS. When I went through, the cut off was 10 years TAFS.

MILPER 20-307 - FY21 US Army Federal Officer Candidate School Program Announcement
Who may not apply:
"Soldiers that cannot be commissioned before reaching 10 years active federal
service (AFS); Soldiers with over 9 years of AFS at time of application submission to
unit commander or before the Selection Panel convenes must request a waiver for
AFS."
