Has anyone used their post 911 to get a real estate license? If so, what school did you go through?

I’m about 6 months from my ETS and am looking to get my real estate license. I’m currently in school part time to become a medical assistant but would like something to fall back on. I would prefer something online I could do at my own pace but I’m not entirely sure where to start as there seems to be many schools but most seem somewhat like a gimmick. Any help would be appreciated!

Have you considered looking up real estate agents with military background on LinkedIn? They may be able to guide you on where to go for training and how to pay

SPC (Join to see) As others have mentioned use your GI will to obtain a degree, which is what I did. After I retired, I went to a two year college that offered a real estate occupational certificate after completing all the required course work. I received my certificate but did not take the test to get my real estate license. Look at colleges that offer these classes. Good luck.

Have you looked into skillbridge? Being 6 months out, you may have to request a 3 month one, but it could work. :)

I am in Las Vegas and own a real estate office. We utilize SkilBridge to identify local service members who are looking at what they want to do after retirement or ETS. The program is perfect, because it allows our service members to attend school and get licensed as well as OJT with a real estate team to build confidence and skills needed for when they are ready to take on full time.
Contact me if you need any more information and yes I do realize this is an old post.
