As an Army PA (direct commission) what are the options/opportunities/chances of becoming a PA for units such as the 160th, 75th Ranger Regiment, or the 528th.

You can apply to USASOC positions. If you are more competitive than your peers then you may be selected for some of those positions. Just be aware that many of your peers are former 160th W1 medics, 75th W1 Ranger medics, 18Ds, and 82nd Paratrooper medics.

I would say excellent if you have the mental and physical tools necessary to succeed.

If you are on active duty, I would encourage you to reach out to your branch manager and let them know your intentions. If UASR, your FTUS, and your rater and senior rater. National Guard, reach out to your FTUS, BN CDR, BDE Commander, and BDE Surgeon as well as the State Surgeon. Either way, as Gunny Cordeiro clearly stated, you must have the physical and mental tools and not the minimum standards. "To become a member of the 75th Ranger Regiment, you will need to possess the mental toughness, physical fitness, moral character, and the self-motivation required to endure the difficult training and overcome the challenges that you will face" To become a long tab you MUST be able to complete Special Forces Assessment. I would encourage you to reach out to the SF community for the specifics. All that said, if it is something you truly want then you will work for it and will succeed! Good luck and welcome to the SP community!
