How can a soldier with low metabolism lose body Fat? What diet should he get on?

I have to agree with that statement. IMO, the success of KETO and High Protein/Low Carb diets is in a large part because they don't leave you starving all the time. While I think that they work better with our metabolic system, the fact is still that you have to burn more calories than you eat to lose weight. That is particularly true of KETO diets where the high fat content makes it easy to exceed your caloric needs. While it is harder to put on extra weight on KETO since none of the metabolic storage signals are being activated, you still need a calorie deficit to lose weight.

Cals in vs cals out. Go to Army wellness center and get resting metabolic rate, find out how many Calories you need for a day. Finish each day with a deficit.. compared to what's eaten vs what's used

What he said.... The key to weight loss is simple. Expend more calories than you take in. That's it. There's nothing more to it.
