What is the status of Promotion Scroll S07-20?

Does anyone have any information on Scroll S07-20? Fed Rec tracker was showing it at OTJAG for the first 80 days when in actuality, it was moving. Now, its stuck at SECARMY for the last three weeks. Any information?

I suffered though the wait. Sometimes it's discouraging.

I don't mind the wait....its more the lack of information on the status....compounded by the excuses about the tracker not updating due to folks working remotely.
