I was only given the PIP and Vivid R/G color vision tests at MEPS. They did not give me the FALANT test, how do I go about taking the FALANT?

I went to MEPS last week and was only given the PIP and Army Vivid R/G, no FALANT. To get the Army R/G I had to go back to the liaison office after competing in the Underwear Olympics and ask to take it.
USMEPCOM Regulation 40-1 says "Color vision testing the at the MEPS consists of administration of the Pseudoisochromatic Plates (PiP) test, with additional administration of the Farnsworth Lantern color perception test (FALANT) on the OPTEC 900 and the Army Red/Green test if necessary. All applicants testing for color vision are given the PiP color vision test first. All applicants (except all Air Force components) who FAIL the PiP test are given the Farnsworth Lantern Test (FALANT) on the OPTEC 900. All Army applicants from ALL components, who FAIL the FALANT are then given the Army Red/Green test. If the applicant passes one color vision test, then the subsequent tests will not be conducted (for example, if an Army applicant passes the FALANT, do not test them with the Army Red/Green test). "
If I wasn't given the FALANT is there a way for me to take it or am I just SOL? I was 2 shy of passing the PIP test and I don't want to be screwed out of my dream Army job because MEPS failed to follow their regulations.

I did and he got his 1SG on it and he wasn't able to get anything done and when I got to MEPS today I asked and they said that they no longer do the FALANT test anymore and I can't get a waiver or consult for color vision.

I guess I would start with the obvious question - are you in fact color blind?
I am - of an unusual variety - and long story shorter I took the steps necessary to carve out a career in the fields I was interested in.

I am like super slightly color blind to the point where I can get a consistent normal color vision score but I choked at MEPS. I went back today and spoke with the counselor and he was a MSG and he said that MEPS is no longer doing the FALANT test and there is no way I can get my color vision score changed. I still ended up enlisting today but not with my dream job and had to pick my #2.
